The mission of RJZ Custom Homes is to build distinctive,
custom homes with quality materials and workmanship that
will harmonize with and enhance the beauty of the property
and surrounding desert.

RJZ Custom Homes is led by Ron Zaha, who graduated from
Northern Illinios University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science
in Marketing and Accounting. Ron studied in the Masters
Degree Program in Architecture at Arizona State University.

Design and construction were always his passion and Ron
was inpired by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert to persue
his love for building and help others create their desert dream
homes.

RJZ Custom Homes has built in the North Scottsdale
communities of Desert Highlands, DC Ranch, Troon North
and Sincuidados, and recognizes the importance of protecting
our environment by participating in the City of Scottsdale's
Green Building Program.
